Identcode Introduction
Identcode is a linear barcode which is an implementation of Interleaved 2 of 5. It is also called German Postal 2 of 5 Identcode, Deutsche Post Identcode Barcode, Deutsche Post AG Identcode and Deutsche Post AG Identcode. What's more, the data length of Identcode is fixed: 11 characters, excluding a checksum digit.

How to Install Identcode Barcode Add-In for Project
  1. 1.
    Ensure all Project documents on your computer are closed
  2. 2.
    Download and unzip KA.Barcode for Project package
  3. 3.
    Run the setup file "setup.exe" to install this plugin
  4. 4.
    Open a new Project document and a window pops up
  5. 5.
    Click "Install" in the pop-up window
  6. 6.
    Now a tab called "Add-Ins" appears at the upper left corner of the document
How to Create Identcode in Microsoft Project
  1. 1.
    Open a new Project document on your computer
  2. 2.
    Click "Add-Ins" tab to activate a barcode setting panel on the right
  3. 3.
    Choose "Identcode" in the "Barcode Type" pull-down menu
  4. 4.
    Input valid Identcode barcode data in the text box of "Data"
  5. 5.
    If necessary, adjust the properties of the barcode in the barcode setting panel
  6. 6.
    Click "Generate" and an Identcode barcode is inserted on the document
